Free Shipping on All Orders
At Tidy Design, every order is made to order. Once you place your order, it goes into production before being dispatched — please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, the USA, Canada, and the UK. No minimum spend required.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch date and exclude production time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to the address provided at checkout.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tidy Design is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
